Provider-neutral integration

Payment and technology partnerships

Connect your financial infrastructure to Bastion’s banking technology. We welcome technical discussions with banks, processors, issuers, acquirers, KYC/AML providers, FX providers and payment companies.

Where infrastructure and technology meet

An integration should address a practical customer requirement and a clear operating model. We assess the provider’s API capabilities alongside the banking workflows, commercial arrangements and jurisdictions they can support.

  • Accounts, domestic and cross-border payments, settlement and payment status
  • Card issuing, processing, acquiring and local payment methods
  • Identity verification, business onboarding, screening and compliance data
  • FX quotes, conversion, liquidity and reconciliation information
  • Digital-asset infrastructure where permitted and relevant to the deployment

Start with a technical discussion

Share the use case, supported institutions and jurisdictions, relevant API functions and the proposed commercial model. Identify technical and operational contacts for the assessment.

API documentation, sandbox access and representative test scenarios can be exchanged where available and subject to the appropriate access and confidentiality agreements. There is no assumption that every provider has a public sandbox or that access is granted automatically.

A practical integration assessment

The assessment establishes the boundaries of a viable integration before a delivery commitment is made.

  • Confirm the customer need, geographic coverage and contractual prerequisites.
  • Review authentication, API contracts, limits, callbacks and error handling.
  • Map account models, transaction states, settlement and reconciliation evidence.
  • Validate agreed scenarios in an available test environment, including failure and retry behavior.
  • Agree implementation scope, production access, operational responsibilities and approval criteria.

Integration capability is not a commercial commitment

An implemented integration or displayed provider name does not by itself establish a current official partnership. Availability depends on provider approval, jurisdiction, customer contracts and the selected deployment.

A technical discussion does not promise specific customers, transaction volumes, exclusivity or a launch date. Customer deployments and commercial terms require their own assessment and agreements.

A banking relationship is a separate conversation

If the starting point is an operational account, settlement, FX or correspondent banking requirement, explore Financial and Banking Relationships. Bastion can be the technology participant; regulated services remain the responsibility of appropriately licensed financial institutions.
