Banking technology

About Bastion Research

Bastion Research is a banking technology company providing modular digital banking software. Founded in 2018, we have production banking platform experience since 2019.

Software for the institution, not just the banking app

Our platform connects white-label web, iOS and Android banking with the operational systems behind it: accounts, ledger, payments, cards, onboarding, compliance workflows, reconciliation and reporting.

Banks, EMIs, payment institutions, card programmes and fintech companies can use a complete platform or deploy selected modules alongside an existing banking stack.

Distributed engineering and product capability

Bastion combines distributed engineering and product capability across customer applications, financial workflows, service APIs and provider integrations. The focus is a connected operating model, with institution-specific branding, functionality and deployment choices.

We protect the confidentiality of customer relationships. Customer identities, implementation details and operational results are not public references unless specifically approved for disclosure.

Provider-neutral by design

Customer applications connect to Bastion services, while integration services handle provider-specific APIs and workflows. This separation supports the addition or replacement of providers without rebuilding the whole customer experience.

Provider capabilities are not interchangeable. Each integration depends on the required functions, jurisdiction, contracts, technical assessment and provider approval.

Deployment that fits your institution

Bastion supports shared cloud, dedicated cloud, customer-owned cloud and on-premises deployment models. Hosting, access, monitoring, data handling and operational responsibilities are defined for the selected deployment.

A technology company

Bastion Research Ltd is registered in Delaware, USA. Bastion provides technology; it is not a bank, EMI or provider of regulated financial services. Those services are provided by appropriately licensed financial institutions under their own authorizations and agreements.

Business enquiries can start with a product demonstration, a technology integration or a discussion of a practical banking relationship. These are separate conversations, with separate commercial and regulatory requirements.
